Az absolutely sucks up to her, because head of supplies? Person on the ship you should be nicest to. I am not sure what he would have to offer in terms of deals, but at the very least he doles out a lot of flattery and batted eyelashes.

Hache is not in Supplies, but he is Espionage. ...and he does also use ground missions to stock up on creature comforts and luxuries. And out of respect to Lottie's position, she probably gets a 'cut' to stay in her good books.

Hache has his own system of dummy debit cards that he uses when he’s on a mission, but he does not want to be seen as trying to muscle into her business, so the cut is probably a lot of cigarettes for currency. Booze sometimes. Anything she might mention wanting that can be bought in stores.
