he would definitely pull him in, even if it's can you make a quiz or flashcards in your spare time and then bobby will go through them with her so Ishaan only has to put time in once etc if he's busy

Recruitment is the least busy espio division, and Ishaan is a busybody, sooooo I think Bobby can consistently rely on his help. Bobby might sometimes get emails with perfectly composed quizzes and answer sheets at like 3 AM
