LET'S GO
Hello and welcome to our first all hands on deck event of the game! Normally, these posts will be out well in advance of the event, but illness makes things hard. Still, let's go ahead and get into it!

MISSION: INTERCEPT On 01/28/2026, Maryle is intercepting a directive from the Mothership to initiate a Sterilisation Event in Xitang, China on 01/29/2026 at 1600. (For purposes of time zones etc, we're saying 1600 local time to Mnemo, and we're just gonna play loosey goosey with it IRL.) Maryle will sound the alarm, and Dislinked will spring into action to spearhead two different initiatives:

Evacuation is the primary goal here. Battlest Ground Forces and all of Espionage will be on site getting as many people to safety as possible. The population of this city is 57,400. From previous Sterilisation events, Dislinked is aware that the blast radius is 25 kilometers (approx. 15.5 miles), which means that the goal will be to get people outside of it. Relocation will take point on where to divert people to.

It's important to remember that these people are not unVeiled. For whatever reason that the Sterilisation has been called, it isn't because of node disruption, therefore it's less important about keeping them hidden and more important to just get them out of the way.

Drone Destruction This is the second priority. Battlest pilots will be deployed with the sole instruction to destroy the drones. This is risky as the drones have their own offensive capabilities and aren't hesitant to employ them. But as long as they're fighting with the squadrons, they can't come together and activate the Sterilisation protocol, giving ground people more time to get more people to safety.

For this event, there will be a main event post for people to post minis under. These minis can take place at any point between when Maryle sounds the alarm and 1600 01/29/2026. Ideally, everyone will be out of dodge with no fatalities, giving Dislinked another big win.

Irina will be in the air with her squad and primed to do anything, and Jax will go down! I figure Mav stays on board?? Unless someone who has expertise with electrical and power systems can be useful

Anywhere outside of the radius, really. There are other Pres cities throughout this region, so getting them resettled there shouldn't be a problem. The goal is just keep them from getting vaporised.

ADRI is staying onboard Mnemo and will be manning part of Control. Open to 1 to 2 minis for him.

GRIFF is up in the air with his partner and squadron. Very tense. Does not do well with sterilisation events. So sorry. Up for 1 to 2 minis.

LIA is on the ground helping with evacuation. Open to 1 to 2 minis for her.

Luke was a cargo pilot in his Veiled life. Could I say that he’s piloting a large(ish… within reason given DisLinked resources and secrecy) transport vessel?

Typically those are piloted by Espio, but if Luke wants to commandeer one and bring it back to add an extra ship to the fleet.....
